Study’n’Stay was formed in May 2009 after two years of researching the student accommodation market in Australia, resulting in a strategic alliance being formed with a specialist student accommodation developer in response to the chronic shortage of quality student accommodation in Australia. Study’n’Stay recently transformed it’s short-break accommodation and sporting group accommodation bookings business qldresorts.com, integrating it into the specialist student accommodation on-line business giving internationl students the opportunity to book all their on-shore short-break holidays and travel in-house. Whilst the majority of the proposed student accommodation complexes being developed is targeted for the private provider education and voccational training student market (because 80% of all International Students studying in Australia do so with a private provider), we are however investigating the prospects of developing on university campus sites. The developers are planning to become one of Australia’s largest providers of student accommodation to the private sector designed, building, owning and operating searching for appropriate sites along the eastern seaboard side of Australia and linking to over 100,000 beds world-wide. The Caloundra complex on the Sunshine Coast due for completion mid 2011 is situated right in the heart of the town next to the main street , a 10 minute stroll to the beach, two major shopping centres. |
